There are 3 very spacious, furnished double rooms which are available now in a beautiful modern flat, which is 10-15 minutes from East Croydon Station.

Working professional housemates, this is an ideal home for any single working professional.

There is a Large double Bedroom, spacious and with a large window. It comes furnished with a comfy double bed, quality mattress, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe with plenty of storage. There is space for a desk and chair, making it ideal for working from home.

The other two room are near identical and very good-sized double rooms at present with cupboards and chest of draws. As and when rooms will be taken I will provide brand new double beds.

The kitchen has everything you need, including washer, dryer, microwave, and 2 large fridge freezer and plenty of cupboards space.

There is broadband included in the rent, ideal for streaming, working remotely or gaming.
