I’m looking for someone to rent my room

It’s a premium studio, in a student accommodation called the west wing, with a private bathroom and a private kitchen.

I’m sure that you will like the accommodation since you can meet lots of people and enjoy the social life here, there’s a cinema room, study room, gym and dining room.

The location is almost perfect, around 8 minutes walking to the centre and the closest Tesco is literally less than 2 minutes walking. As well as, a train station 8 minutes walking.

It’s 199£ per week (negotiable and we can agree on a price) including the bills and all the facilities. The location, and the size of the room is perfect as I couldn’t find another accommodation with this price and this size of room.

The security system is a great and there is 24h security , the accommodation team are so friendly. As well as the view of the room is wonderful.

The accommodation quite and nice and it’s perfect for studying.
