I have two rooms plus your own w/c shower room in an immaculate house. I do have a small friendly dog who is a joy. We would share a lounge with cosy log burner (unless you wanted one of your rooms as your own lounge?) kitchen / dinning room, garden. Car parking on road . Includes Broadband and bills. Easingwold is 12 miles from York city and has direct regular bus service £3 to York so cheaper than parking. A lovely market town with cafe, gym, pubs etc happy to repaint rooms at your colour before you move.
