Room description
The two rooms are located next to each other on the same floor, making them ideal for two friends looking to live together. The house has three bathrooms, a large communal living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a garden and plenty of space throughout.
The property is in a safe and popular student area, just an 8-minute walk from the University of York, with easy access to Campus East & West, local shops, supermarkets, and bus routes. Parking is available outside the property.
The rent is £201 per week including bills, with a £300 deposit. You'll be living with three friendly female University of York students who are sociable, respectful, and easy to get along with.
