ONLY suitable for gluten free / coeliacs - my house is dedicated gluten free (sorry no exceptions!).
Large unfurnished double room (3.3m2) with both N&E facing windows (great for morning sun) with private use of own downstairs loo with shower.
Beautiful openplan house with countryside views across the fields in a quiet village location close to York.
Driveway for parking & regular twice hourly buses into York (10-15 mins), Malton (40 mins), Scarborough (~1hr). Offering a short let (or a monthly rolling contract) to the right person.
Must be dog friendly as I have a cute collie who will demand pets frequently! I'm a scientist, love nature, rock/metal music, gf/df baking & work from home.
I'd like a gluten free, clean and tidy person like me. Pretty flexible on everything else not mentioned above. Bills to be split (energy, water, council tax band C). No broadband connected currently. Pets negotiable depending on type.
