Nice spacious double room to rent in Witham. 15 minute walk to the station, and around 20-30 minute walk into Witham town. Property has communal parking outside and is end of terrace. Access to the garden available, which is a good size. Bill are all included in the price, we just ask you provide your own toiletries and food. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. 2 males currently living in the property, one of which is the landlord.
