Room description
Beautifully presented king-size furnished room with exclusive off-street parking, ideally suited to a Monday to Friday professional looking for a comfortable, peaceful home-from-home during the working week.
The bedroom is bright, spacious and well furnished, with a king-size bed and Tempur mattress, plenty of storage and its own TV with Sky. Superfast Wi-Fi is included, making the room equally practical for anyone who occasionally needs to work or stream from home.
You will also have use of our modern kitchen and dining space, utility facilities and our landscaped garden and outdoor seating areas are also included, as well as the main bathroom.
The bathroom is shared with one of us and the occasional house guest. It has a large walk-in rainfall shower, freestanding bath, heated towel rail and TV, so it is rather nicer than the average shared bathroom!
Our home is modern, clean and relaxed, and we are looking for someone who will treat it as a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep. You will have your own dedicated off-street parking space.
We have two small dogs and one cat, so you genuinely do need to like animals and be comfortable living around pets. We are not able to accommodate additional pets.
The room would particularly suit a professional, perhaps working at Hinkley Point, Bridgwater, Weston-super-Mare, Bristol, Bristol Airport or elsewhere along the M5 corridor. We have very convenient access to the M5, making it an excellent weekday base for commuting.
We are ideally looking for one professional lodger, Monday to Friday, although shorter weekday arrangements may also be considered.
£975 per month, including bills, superfast Wi-Fi, Sky and dedicated parking.
Occasional weekday stays may also be considered at around £55 per night, subject to availability.
