Room description
I have a beautiful, spacious en-suite bedroom available in this lovely home. Postcode LE3.
It’s sharing with three other people of mixed gender and because of the size of the house it feels like less people. The current tenants are all professional and easy to get along with. The house is spread over four floors with the en-suite being on the second floor. There is a south facing garden. Overall it’s a home rather than a rental room let. It’s a 5 minute drive to motorway links and a twenty minute walk to the city centre. If you have any questions then please just ask and I’ll be happy to answer them.
