Hello everyone!
I'm looking for a new housemate.😁
🏡 A room is available in a 3rd floor flat in Westcliff-on-sea, Essex, UK a 10 minute walk to Westcliff station and 15- 20 mins walk to the local theatre and the beach!
👉It is £750 including rent and bills.
I'd be the one booking any maintenance requirements. So you just get to enjoy the space and not worry about it!
No deposit required.
You'd be sharing a kitchen, lounge and bathroom with me.
