Room description

I am a live in tenant searching for a roommate. A lovely 3 bed house with a spare double room, office to share and garden with lots of on street parking. Large living room and kitchen over looking a beautiful garden with a big apple tree. Co-op a short walk away with lots of bus options.

Looking for someone I can get along with who is clean, respectful and sociable. I am into rock climbing and anything active so if you are as well i'm sure we will get on. I work full time as a climbin gym manager, but generally around most evenings.

Available to move in immediately

1 months deposit required.

Bills are not included in rent.

Bills are electric and gas, council tax and internet and roughly come to £120-140 each.

Must be an animal lover as I have a dog that stays here sometimes (normally a couple of days per week)
