Lovely, fully furnished 2 bedroom flat in Welwyn Garden City, just a short walk from the town centre and train station.
A small double room will be available from the end of August. The room is fully furnished with a brand new bed and mattress, a large chest of drawers, a new desk and chair, and a bedside table.
The flat offers plenty of storage throughout, and you’ll have your own kitchen cupboards. It also comes with an allocated parking space if you drive.
A little about me:
I’m a 37 year old female professional who works long hours, including weekends, so I’m often out. On my days off I either enjoy relaxing at home or heading out for the day. I love cooking, travelling and exploring new places.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, considerate and trustworthy. I take pride in keeping the flat clean and organised at all times, so it would be lovely to find someone who appreciates a similar living environment.
Rent: £650 per calendar month, plus bills shared equally between the 2 of us. Bills are currently just over £150 each per month (depending on usage) and include:

* Gas & electricity
* Water
* Sky WiFi
