Medium sized Double Room available on the 1st first floor of a 400 year old Cottage in West Lulworth, 10 minute walk from the Cove.

The 3 bed property, includes a front and a spacious back garden, plenty of parking (excuse the glamping pod in the drive way!) and a well! The 3rd room is currently not being used, however that may change in the future.

The property is fully furnished and includes 70down 20up broadband.

The double bedroom includes a bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair, laundry hamper and coat rack.

The property if very much a work in progress and changes will be made gradually over time, especially the back garden which is currently being cleared and worked on.

Pets are welcomed, however subject to a meet in person!
