A well-presented room is available to rent in a comfortable property in East Morden offering a relaxed and welcoming place to live.

The Property

The property has a shared kitchen and bathroom.

Please note that we are currently using the communal lounge, during working hours Monday - Friday, as a temporary office while a new dedicated office is being constructed in the garden. The garden office is expected to be completed later this year There may therefore be some temporary disturbance and activity in the property until the office is completed.

Once finished, the new garden office will allow the communal lounge to return to its normal use as a shared living space.

Ideal for Bournemouth University Students

The property could be a good option for Bournemouth University students who wish to park on campus. Due to the location of the house, eligible students may be able to apply for a parking permit to park on the university campus, making the commute considerably easier.

We have a resident cat in the property (who uses a catflap) and a visiting 'morale' dog who is in the office during working hours.
