Room description
Spacious double bedroom with brand new ensuite to rent. Good for aircrew, pilots, professionals as it is near Gatwick, Horsham and Crawley with bus stop 5 mins away (bus to Gatwick from Bewbush 10/15 min walk away). There is a kitchen with microwave/combination oven and fridge to use. A large wall mounted TV is provided in the room and there is unlimited broadband. Two friendly cats reside on the premises too!
The house itself is set in a little road on a lovely estate between Crawley and Horsham with surrounding parks and lakes, plenty of takeaways and a local (Email Removed After Let) estate itself, Kilnwood Vale, is new and the part where the house is situated is very peaceful and quiet as there is no through traffic at all.
The room is available from June and you are welcome to come and look around and discuss further. A parking space is provided directly in front of the house
