We are offering a premium room that occupies the entire top floor of a town-style house in Heathfield, East Sussex. This space offers the privacy of a studio apartment with the convenience of a lodging arrangement.

Super fast broadband (your own private access not shared with the rest of the house)
All-Inclusive: Rent includes all utility bills. The rental price indicated is based on a single lodger on a medium to long term basis. Couples and short term will be considered and rental price will be agreed based on specific circumstances.
Other occupants of the house are just myself and my partner.
