Room description
The house is adjacent to Victoria Gardens and Truro Viaduct, at the end of a quiet leafy green road. Only 5 minutes from Truro High Street and the nearest bus stop, 10 minutes from train and bus stations. Photos of the room given show the original layout and furniture but the current tenant has personalised the room during her stay temporarily. The room is on the first floor, for a single person, cosy, lockable with bed, bedding, towels, kitchenette bureau and fridge freezer, utensils, electric radiator, clothes rail and storage. Photos of the room to be added to advert shortly. The room is a single room and can be long or short term let with negotiation, the longer term let rate is preferable and £600 pcm, clean, warm, lockable, secure and safe and shares a landing with a second female tenant next door on same landing. The shared sink, shower and toilet utility is on the same landing. The new tenant would have access to their own room and a shared shower, toilet and kitchens sink utility on the same floor, these are the only areas of the house that are accessible. I live downstairs on site in a separate self contained flat. Both rented rooms upstairs have their own kitchenette bureau including kettle, toaster and microwave and you would be welcome to add your own cooking appliances eg air fryer, slow cooker as wanted. If you have your own things I can remove items with prior arrangement. The room is a single room all bills inclusive of rent, utilities, wifi, heat, council tax, TV licence and with prior arrangement I can organise a free off road parking space for you. This is a relaxed, friendly, non smoking, quiet and mature household in a quiet leafy road.
The house is adjacent to Victoria Gardens, 5 minutes walk to Truro High Street, 5 minutes to nearest bus stop, 10 minutes to Truro bus and train station, 40 minute walk or 15 minute bike ride to Treliske Hospital via a quiet lanes cycle path.
