Room description
The room available is a double room at the back of the house, on the ground floor. The room itself has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws , bedside table and desk with chair
The room has varnished floor boards
It’s overlooks the garden, with very mature bamboo, honeysuckle and pink and white roses on the wall.
The other tenants in the house are a mixture of degree students and working professionals. They are all very considerate of each other. I have a group WhatsApp chat group so that any issues can be raised and I can sort them out immediately. This is also useful for each of them to help each other out and if they see something like for example the washing out they can offer to get it in or they can also use this for the cleaning rotor.
There is a nice shower upstairs with basin and toilet and also a separate toilet downstairs.
The kitchen has a cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer. The back door which leads off the kitchen goes into the garden which has over 10 m of hardwood benches as well as a raised patio area
The house is very near the centre of town and a 10-15 detector in the middle seat minute walk to the railway stationIt’s a 10 minute walk to the centre of town a 20 minute cycle ride to the university and a 20 minute bus journey. It’s also very close to Solent University 😎🙏🏼
