Room description

Short-term and long-term rental - flexible to discuss.

I travel away for periods of time and you will have the place to yourself - very economical being with a larger than normal double room and a queen-size bed - this also has a large desk in it, which you can choose not to have if you wish.

I am looking for someone trustworthy & responsible as I’m not there 💯 of the time, also, my dog makes the place v homely and she’s extremely social and fun to be around and comes with me (sometimes) when I'm back. She is a short-haired breed and does not shed, clean and well-behaved.

The flat is sunny and has high ceilings and is close to Seven Dials, town, the train station, and the seafront (sea view from the balcony).

The bedroom comes fully furnished, built in storage, chest of drawers. Despite being in a central location, the road is quiet and the balcony offers a nice spot to enjoy the morning sun. There is also a sunny roof terrace (shared among the other flats in the building).

The flat is in parking zone Y - there is a waiting list, although non-permitted parking is available within v short walking distance. On single yellow lines from 6-9pm and free all day Sunday/no time restrictions.

Happy to share a glass of wine/food, but also independent- (young at heart!) - enjoy the odd night out / hanging with friends and making the most of the outdoors. I’m tidy (but not a clean freak) and looking for someone who will treat my flat as their own home and help muck in with cleaning.

(gas and electricity charged separately p/month), approx. additional £35 each, over (2) spring/summer months of usage
