Room description

Double bedroom, furnished available Monday to Friday in Kingsclere. Ideal for commuting to Newbury, Basingstoke, Andover, Tadley, Reading and surrounding areas. Has use of own bathroom next door to room but not en-suite.

Prefer someone who does not work from home as I do, and is ok with dogs who do not live in but come and go during the daytime.

Evenings are quiet, gym, netball, seeing family so nothing wild, no late nights. Would suit a working professional looking to stay near work during the weekdays. Happy to negotiate which days but will not offer Fri or Sat night.

Parking on driveway available and use of kitchen, living space and garden fine.
