Location:
The house is located in a quite area in Milehouse, just five minutes walk from Central Park, The Life Centre, a Wetherspoon and close to Stoke Village and different supermarkets and corner shops.
It is very close to main bus routes including to Derriford and city City Centre, close to Plymouth railway station and has easy access to the A38. The walk to the city centre and the Royal William Yard takes around half an hour.
Lodger:
I am looking for a respectul tidy professional, working full time, ideally over 25 years old, unfortunately no pets and no couples or family (single occupancy). The share would also be ideal for a professional who requires accommodation five days a week.
Short term lets may be possible but I would prefer lets in excess of three months.
