Hello,
I’m a qualified nurse currently signed off work due to health reasons and receiving Universal Credit (including the housing element), LCWRA and PIP. My rent would be supported through the housing element, and I can secure the deposit through the council’s deposit scheme.
I am currently three years into an IVA which was set up to manage debts from my time at university, and it has been maintained without issue.
At the moment I’m living with my mum after leaving a domestic abuse situation, and I’m hoping to find a stable place of my own where I can focus on rebuilding and moving forward.
I’m a respectful, tidy tenant and would take good care of the property. I’m happy to provide references or further information if required.
