Hi! I’m a working professional and I’m looking to rent out my spare room in a cosy, relaxed home in Spalding. I work from home most days and live here full-time, along with my girlfriend who stays over regularly. We’re both sociable, easy-going, and friendly - happy to chat over dinner or leave you to your own space, whichever you prefer.

• Clean, tidy, and respectful

• Treats the house like a home

• Doesn’t mind living with a couple (we’re very chill!)

• Preferably pet-free, but open to discussion

• Spacious lounge and dining room

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Main bathroom (shared)

• Garden (great in summer!)

• Garage storage space

• On-pavement parking directly in front of the house

The room is ideal for another working professional or mature student looking for a calm, comfortable living space.
