Room description

I am an easygoing professional with healthy boundaries, and have an enhanced DBS certificate. My background is in pharmaceutical training and consultancy.

My home is lovely, calm, and quiet. It’s me and my cat, so I am looking for someone that I can trust with her; this is my priority. I would like a housemate who is clean, safe, and respectful.

Providing a secure home is one of my top priorities, so a tenant who isn’t looking to bring guests back will ideally be a good fit for this rental.

This isn’t a work from home let. I am looking for a tenant that goes out to work during the day with predominantly set hours with a full time employed contract or contractor that will be working full time. Ideally this will suit a professional that needs comfortable accommodation during the evenings/weekend. I’m not in any rush to fill the room and can wait for the right person.

The home offers comfort, security, and high-quality en-suite accommodation that represents value.

A major positive to this rental, aside from having your own private bathroom and own parking space is sharing a spacious 4 bedroom home with only one other person, making it lovely and peaceful.

The space for rent is a modern, large double room with a great ensuite area. It’s an executive-style home with all appliances and bills included. The location is set in a private gated court, and you will have your own secure parking space. The space includes a nice outdoor garden area with comfortable loungers, tables, and chairs for relaxation with full access to fast WiFi. 

The kitchen diner is expansive and well equipped with all modern appliances, including new air fryers. The kitchen is light and airy with double French doors opening onto a quiet and well-equipped garden area. You'll have plenty of space for food storage. 

Overall, this represents excellent value for a business tenant with en-suite, a private allocated parking space, and attractively furnished home, located in a sought-after area. Additionally, the home is fully managed by myself, which means improved health & safety, fire safety compliance/checks, rooms cleaned/hoovered weekly with maintenance included. 

References required and I. D. needed at the viewing stage with proof of employment. 

Iwade village is a sought-after location with all local amenities on our doorstep. located in the centre of the village, within very close proximity to grocery shops, a pub and restaurant, an artisan coffee shop serving breakfast, Iwade mezze grill, entertainment, and a nature reserve walk. The road links are excellent for all main routes, transport, and commuting. 

All the main supermarkets, train station, and town centre are located a short drive away.
