Room description
I have a single room for rent in a newly renovated 3 bed house in Scunthorpe.
The room is furnished and has a bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, table and chair, and large wall cupboard for storage.
I also provide bedding, linen and towels if needed. The house is newly furnished and has the usual cooking/washing appliances.
Shared kitchen, but the main bathroom is only shared by the 2 female renters.
I am looking for a female renter as i have had problems with single men in the past and I think a single woman would prefer at least one other woman in the house rather than all men.The double room is already rented to a female.
Rent is £90 a week for the single room, and includes all bills as well as free broadband. ('all bills' does not include personal belongings insurance). Extra if there are additional people (including children).
Rent is paid weekly plus two weeks deposit so move in amount is £270.
The room is available for short or long term, from a week to several months or more.
I am happy to accept unemployed, homeless, refugees etc on benefits/universal credit.
I am a live in Landlord, work from home, and am always there, so there will never be an issue with security or safety.
