Hello!

My lovely flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take over her unfurnished double room!

House 🏡

The room is part of a 2-bed house super close to Salisbury station (a 3min walk I think?). It's also right on Fisherton Street (so close to loads of cafes and shops) but set back from the road with a little courtyard so there's no traffic noise - ideal location! It's also a 4min walk from a big Sainsburys, and 8min from the Market Square!

There's a big open plan kitchen-living room upstairs - the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and storage two people could ever need with the cozy living area to curl up in after work.

Rent - 537/month

Bills - around £60/month

It is a light & airy unfurnished room, with a good size window! The window overlooks the courtyard - so nice and quiet.

Housemates 👯‍♀️

Just me and my two kittens! We're all very polite, clean and respectful. I'm a 25yo trainee solicitor at a nearby firm, so I would love to live with another sociable professional girl, ideally in her mid-twenties and a cat-lover too.

I take full ownership of all the kittens' upkeep - so the only thing they'll ask from you is maybe a little cuddle every now and again! Pudding is a lovable little scamp who is a massive fan of cuddles, treats and any and all games but lacking in brains. Potato is a shy baby who takes a while to warm up to everything other than her dinner and pencils (specifically). They're both very sweet-natured and don't attack furniture (or people!). They're also indoor cats, so no risk of them bringing in any fluffy victims from outside.
