Use of washing machine, kitchen, etc is all ok. The house is 2 up 2 down with an open fire place. Parking is on-road, one other person at the house. Equal shared spaced.
Why am I listing this room. It will help with mortgage repayments but I do not need to do this. Therefore short term seems a positive thing and why not see what comes from this advert. 😊
