Room description
Annexe Bedroom with own external entrance located on the side of a dorma bungalow in a quiet close in Binstead Ryde.
The room is fully furnished and painted matt white, containing a single bed, wardrobe, small blue chest of drawers, sideboard with plenty of cupboards, linen chest, two tables, TV, chair, armchair, radiator walk in shower and washbasin.
Inside the main house there are two toilets a shared fully equipped kitchen diner with washing machine.
There is also a pleasant partially wooded garden with table and chairs and on the lawn, overlooking horses fields and open country.
There is a total of five other people in the main house although one will be moving out soon; I do not intend to re-adverise this room.
I am looking for a non smoking employed person who is either a Vegetarian or Vegan.
The rent is £125 a week with a £375 deposit.
