Parking is a challenge with no extra resident spaces. Ideally suited to someone without a car or you would need to ask around if anyone has a space available to rent.
Current tenant doesn’t drink, party, or have partners staying overnight. Very chill environment.
The room is currently unfurnished so you would need to provide your own bedroom furniture. The rest of the apartment is fully equipped and ready for the right person to move in.
