Anyone who is a prospective or current student of the University of Reading is welcome
Current tenants are all 2nd year students aged 20-23
Parking permit available
House is a 15 minute walk from centre of Whiteknight's Campus
Nearby food shops, off licenses, pharmacy and pub (Palmer Tavern)
We currently pay £525 for rent and £45 for bills incl. wifi
