📍The house is conveniently located 1 mile from Botanic gardens and the west end and is close to the canal which is perfect for walking and cycling.
🏚️Close to large supermarkets, gyms etc. Excellent transport links into town via Voi cycling, Bus or on foot.
🌟Key features include: off street parking, broadband, central heating, kitchen appliances - washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. The rear garden has table and chairs. The price includes all bills including council TAX.
🛌 The room has a double bed, sliding-door wardrobe, a desk, a chair and shelves for storage.
