Friendly and tidy household looking for a new roommate! We are both students.

The house is only a 20 mins walk from Highfield campus and 5 mins walk from Portswood high street.

Large kitchen with plenty of storage, shared lounge, outside patio space and a garage. Parking on the road.

Landlady is also really lovely and very accommodating!

Our interests include yoga, gym, reading, hiking, cricket and a pub trip!

IMPORTANT: All current housemates are students and exempt for council tax, so any working professionals would be responsible for paying the full council tax bill.
