2 Rooms available.
Bathroom will be shared by you and 1 person.
Rooms are on 3 separate floors with a shared kitchen on the mid floor.
Except for when you see me using the shared kitchen, I use the top floor & mostly mind my own business, so you can be sure of your own privacy.
Looking for someone who's mature enough to do the right thing and keep personal and shared areas clean after use without being told. If you're unable to do so, or need to be reminded frequently, then it's not for you.
I do a general cleaning of the common areas at least once every 2 weeks but lodger is expected to clean shared areas immediately after use and not store dirty used items (e. g. dirty toilet, pots, plates etc.).

Pollokshaws West - 8 mins train to Glasgow Central (£3 anytime day ticket).
Distance to station - 15 mins walk (my way of burning some calories on the way to work without realising it)
Other nearby Station: Pollokshaws East.

(25 - 35 mins to Glasgow Central)
Bus 57/57A/4/38/38B/38C - 7 - 9 mins walk (every 11 - 30 mins depending on bus used. Literally, you catch a bus easily anytime).
🍇 Shopping:
Auldhouse shopping centre - 11 mins walk (Aldi, Home Bargains, Iceland, The Range etc.).
Lidl & Morrisons - 22 mins walk.
🌐 Internet:
I mostly work from home so there's high-speed Internet available & if that's you, it shouldn't be a problem as it's well distributed

If you're a Catholic like myself and attend Mass, Holy Name Catholic Church is 15 mins walk away.
