Room description
A large double room (15' x 9'6") available to rent now. In easy reach of UEA, John Innes Centre & NNUH and 1 minute walk from the 21/22 bus route direct to the city. Lots of green areas nearby, directly opposite a convenience store and 10 minute walk from supermarket, Post Office, takeaways etc.
This is a large first floor flat in a pedestrianised area with parking nearby. It has a private entrance, patio garden and plenty of ground floor storage space for bikes etc. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, mirror and 2 chests of drawers. There is a shared bathroom with over bath shower. The kitchen has gas oven, washing machine, fridge and microwave. There is an additional fridge freezer and freezer so plenty of space for everyone's food and you will have your own kitchen cupboard for storage.
As well as myself there is one other (female) lodger and a cat living in the property. For the majority of the time I will be staying with my partner elsewhere and you will have the flat to yourself with the other lodger.
I am looking for quiet housemates who will respect the privacy and personal space of the other people they are sharing with.
I will ask to see photo ID before beginning the tenancy. Rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband.
