Lovely double bedroom in pretty terrace on cute street just behind Anglia Square, in heart of new cool area of Norwich, NR3
Very close walking distance to Magdelene St shops, buses, pubs and city centre.

Would suit chilled out, left leaning, tidy and open minded mature student or professional. Someone who likes to sometimes chat over a cuppa but is independent and happy doing their own thing. Perfect for hospital staff (I also work there) as door to door direct 25 min avg bus route there from right by house. Also NUA students as only 10 min walk to campus.
I'm a live in landlord. I have lived and worked all over Europe in various jobs and adventures! Now living a more settled quiet life with my work in palliative care. I'm a big believer in caring for ourselves and the planet and am very LGBTQIA+ friendly having been on that party scene most of my adult life. I don't drink or smoke myself anymore so even though I have no problem with party animals, this isn't the house for them! However well behaved furry animals welcome! Just nothing too big or exotic ;)
The room is available now short or long term till September 2026 when I have a student is moving in.
