URGENT – Double Room Available Immediately (Tenancy Takeover)

Fully furnished double bedroom available immediately due to an urgent tenancy takeover. I am still paying rent but have had to move out, so I’m looking for someone to take over as soon as possible.

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, and chair. The house has a shared kitchen, lounge, and bathroom, with a separate toilet. There is also a spare single room that can be used as a home office, plus garage storage, private driveway parking, and a large garden.

Bills are not included. Currently £145 per month covering energy, water, council tax, Wi-Fi, contents insurance, and TV licence (may vary seasonally).
