Room description

The flat is a clean, cosy and well-kept home with a calm, friendly atmosphere. The room is bright and comfortable, and the shared areas are kept tidy and homely rather than feeling like a party flat. The landlord is great and communicates well, which makes living here easy and stress-free.

I work full-time in a secondary school and I’m looking for a female flatmate aged between 24–35 who is tidy, considerate, polite and respectful of shared spaces. This is very much a home, not just a place to stay, and I really value keeping the flat feeling warm, comfortable and like a safe space to unwind in.

The vibe is relaxed and friendly — happy to chat, watch TV occasionally or just do our own thing while being mindful of each other’s routines. You would have your own bathroom, which is not used by me or any guests, so you’ll have your own private space. Council tax is £257.11 and bills can be discussed and worked out together.

Ideally looking for someone who will treat the flat as their home and help maintain a positive, easy-going living environment.

Your double bedroom and bathroom will be professionally cleaned before you move in. The bedroom will be unfurnished apart from one white bedside table that belongs to the landlord so you have creative freedom of your bedroom/bathroom.

The rent is £1450 but will be split in half meaning we pay £725 each. Deposit will be required through my property manager!
