*Move-In: The property is available for immediate move-in. We are looking for someone who can relocate as soon as possible.
*Contract Duration: The lease is for a fixed term of 2 years. However, should you wish to vacate the property earlier, you are welcome to do so, provided you find a suitable replacement tenant to take over your lease.
*Household Composition: The accommodation will be shared with two other female students, offering a comfortable and collaborative living environment. You would be sharing a kitchen with the other two females, but only sharing a bathroom with one
*Eligibility: This accommodation is open to female applicants preferrably We are looking for someone responsible, respectful, and considerate to join our household.
*Property Features: The apartment fully furnished, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities. It is located in a Kingston, near the Kingston hospital and is close to Norbiton train station and all the bus stops around are within walking distance, less than 10 minutes walk, with easy access to multiple grocery stores, such as Asda, Lidl and Sainsburys.
*House Rules: Smoking is not permitted on the property. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Guests are welcome, but we ask that you be considerate of your housemates.
