Shared kitchen and bathroom. Please be aware the front room is not a shared space as is used as my home office.I am in close proximity to Lydd Airport, Dungeness, Folkestone and Ashford high speed trains to Ebbsfleet, Stratford, London. Eurostar a short drive away. Dover Port, M20, Canterbury. Covered parking for one car. Room has a large chest of drawers, desk and chair, easy chair and shelving unit.Blinds and curtains. Bed linen and towels provided and laundered. Double glazing and central heating. Modern kitchen with normal appliances, coffee maker, air fryer etc. breakfast bar. Shared bathroom has a stand alone shower and bath. There is a downstairs toilet. This is a quiet area and the high street with independent shops, cafes and restaurants is a short walk away. The shingle beach is a 20 minute walk. Hythe is a short drive away and there is a bus route. Feel free to ask anything else.
