Looking for contractors or professional ideally for short term let or Monday to Friday( happy to discuss) I am in close proximity to Lydd Airport, Dungeness, Folkestone and Ashford high speed trains to Ebbsfleet, Stratford, London. Eurostar a short drive away. Dover Port, M20, Canterbury. Covered parking for one car. Room has a large chest of drawers, desk and chair, easy chair and shelving unit.Blinds and curtains. Bed linen and towels provided and laundered weekly. My home is warm, clean and airy with double glazing and central heating. Modern kitchen with normal appliances, coffee maker, air fryer etc. breakfast bar. Shared bathroom has a stand alone shower and bath. There is a downstairs toilet. Garden with patio areas and seating. This is a quiet area and the high street with independent shops, cafes and restaurants is a short walk away. The shingle beach is a 20 minute walk. Hythe is a short drive away and there is a bus route. Feel free to ask anything else.
