I am looking for someone to rent my spare room in my property, this room comes with solitary use of the main bathroom as I have an en suite , which is an added perk for the price.
I am a working professional, I work from home once a week and then the remainder is spent at a workplace. I am out of the property a lot but when I come home I like to chill out.
I am looking for someone who is quiet, tidy and respectful of my home, who is working/ studying full time and not remotely.
My property is in a great location with a bus route directly into the city centre.
