Room description
two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment,You'll also have a private full bathroom that's attached to your bedroom, and your room has two large windows.
We also have a backyard! The entrance is connected to my room, but you're able to get to it through the basement and can use it whenever you'd like.
My roommate has been living here for 10 years, and I've lived here for almost three years. He's moving out and will be taking most of his furniture with him, so we'll be replacing things like the couch and TV, and I can cover most or all of the cost of that, but we can talk about bringing your own common area furniture if you have it. The landlord will also be giving it a fresh coat of paint at the end of the month.
You'll be signing the lease with me, which starts on June 7th, 2025 and ends December 31, 2025. We will then be able to renew with a 12-month lease starting January 1st, 2026, so long-term tenants are welcome.
I don't have any pets, but you are free to bring your pets
I'm a 30/M that's working in the sustainable energy field and I didn’t usually stay at home due to my work I come home 4 times in a week
