Room description
hi, we're a mix gendered house share looking for a replacement housemate. we are all really clean, social and creative people who keep the house well maintained and decorated. we live right next to Lidl and the university bus is a 2 minute walk away from the house as well as Fratton train station being an 8 minute walk down the road. the security deposit is already covered by the previous housemate so you'll only have to pay £50 when you move in because the previous housemate left earlier than what they had originally committed to. so if you're a student at UOP who needs somewhere to live asap this is perfect because you should be able to move in within a week so please send me a message if you're interested and I will make sure to reply quickly and can add you to a group chat to meet the other housemates, see photos of the room and the house and discuss in person viewings! hope to hear from you :)
