Room description
We live in a beautiful quiet area, a minute from the South Downs and a direct bus to central Hove and Brighton. There is free street parking, a large Sainsbury’s and pubs and shops close by.
Our household consists of myself, my husband and a lodger. We are all professionals, quiet and respectful but have a good laugh.
The double room is on the ground floor with a toilet and sink next door. The modern bathroom is upstairs with a shower and bath.
I have 2 cats and a large dog. The dog is contained in the lounge.
Outside the double room there is a table and chairs. A perfect sun trap in the morning.
The room has a fridge, tv with an Amazon fire stick, table and chair, storage and a comfortable double bed. I can provide clean bedding and towels.
