Room to rent in a friendly house in the Linthorpe area of Middlesbrough. 5 mins walk to local amenities, and 20 mins walk to the town centre. Within walking distance to both Teesside University and James Cook Hospital. Easy access to A19 and A66. Single room is situated on the 1st floor and house comprises of a large sitting/dining room, snug and kitchen with access to a decent size garden to the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom to the 1st floor. Sharing with 1 professional female live-in landlady. Must be ok with cats.
Fully equiped kitchen with access to washing machine, combi boiler (so never ending supply of hot water!),wi-fi, bathroom has electric shower.
Bedroom has a wardrobe with multiple draws beneath, set of draws, shelving, generous under bed storage space and tv.
