Room description
I'm offering a fully furnished room in a clean and secure home. I'm looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and uses the house and its items carefully. The most important thing is to avoid any damage to the property or furniture.
I am a software engineer working full-time. I work from home two days a week and spend three days at the office. I am open-minded person.
The location is in a newly developed area, (Wellington place) just a 5-minute walk from the St Luke’s hospital and a 1-minute walk from the bus stop. There is a direct bus service to both Leicester city centre and Northampton city centre within a 1-minute walk. The train station is only a 5-minute drive away under normal traffic conditions. The town centre can be reached in a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. There is sainsbury local inside site within 5 min walk.
What I'm Looking For:
Someone with a clear background – no criminal history or financial debt.
Preferably a working professional or a university student.
If you can provide some documents about your job/university , this will be a big advantage.
Ideally, someone who doesn't use the kitchen heavily – light cooking is fine. We can discuss this

-The living room is not shared, but you’re welcome to use it when I’m not home
-Smoking is allowed in the garden or your room (window open, door closed) I am not a smoker so living room will be smoke free
Important Rules:
-No pets , please do not insist about this
-No guests or friends allowed in the house
-Occasionally, my mom may visit
-You will be the only tenant in the home. Please do not compare this house with houses having multiple tenants.
-If there’s any damage to the house or its items, I will deduct the cost from your deposit. In clear cases, I may ask for a new deposit. I'm fair and won’t be strict about small things, but serious damage will be handled properly.
-I will treat you with respect and expect the same in return. If you think this is a good fit, feel free to reach out.
