Hello! We’re Aaryn & Jack, a friendly couple in our 30s, looking for someone lovely to rent our bright and spacious master bedroom in our 3-storey period home in Margate Old Town, less than 2 minutes from the beach.
We are open to short term lets (minimum of 3 months), but ideally looking for a housemate for the longer term.
The best bit? 👉 For the first 3 months, you’ll have the whole house to yourself Monday–Thursday every week.

- Fully furnished: double bed, big wardrobe, desk, dresser
- Light, quiet, high ceilings
- Cosy living room (two sofas)
- Dining room, cute kitchen, walled garden with BBQ

Jack, an entrepreneur, who works in London Mon–Thurs.
Aaryn, a winemaker, travelling abroad Jan–March.
Two friendly cats, Bear & Tallulah. (Cat lovers recommended!) 🐾
📅 Dates & Details
- Available from 1st January 2026
- Minimum let 3 months
- No maximum let (looking for a longer term housemate (6-12 months +))
- Couples welcome for the 3-month period
- Long-term stays ideally for one person
💸 Rent & Bills
- £700 pcm + bills
- Bills approx £250–£300pp (includes Council Tax Band C, Gas/Electric, Water, WiFi + Weekly Cleaner) (Bills higher in winter than summer).
