Hello, I have the last room available for rent in a 4-bed HMO in Shirebrook. The house is located next to Sports Direct warehouse, close to Lidl (around a 10-minute walk), as well as a local convenience store (around a 5-minute walk).
The room will share a bathroom with the tenants of two other rooms, while the final room has its own private bathroom.
The house has recently undergone a major renovation.The room includes:

Outside, there is a large garden, a spacious storage shed, and a driveway.
