Would prefer someone who likes or doesn't mind cats. Large garden (bit wet at present!!). Use of house and garden with large kitchen ( detached house with 1 full shower room downstairs and one full bathroom upstairs and seperate showeroom upstairs) choice of bedroom downstairs or one upstairs. Would prefer chatty polite company. Use of all kitchen facilities (except the dishwasher - not used). should be available for at least 3 months on share basis with owner. Driveway parking. very local train station. Fully furnished.
