I gave a spacious, elegant double room to let in a town-house style beautiful apartment, just a 20 minute walk from Maidstone town centre. We are a gated community with regular events and a very friendly and respectful occupancy. Grounds are beautifully maintained and can be enjoyed, along with decking overlooking mill pond. All inclusive and cones with secure parking allocated spot. Room would share bathroom with just one other lodger and kitchen with landlord also.
