Looking for a professional to help share the cost of the property I am renting.

Just come out of a long term relationship and would like to share the lovely property with another professional rather than move out of my home.

2 reasonable sized bedrooms with a lovely garden in a new build area full of lovely families and scenic walking routes

Would be happy to split the bills have down the middle or work out a plan whatever is easier.
