Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Beeston, Lower rd from September to July, the dates can be adjusted. it is a 6 bedroom house with all female student tenants, the two bedrooms on the top floor are available, there is a bathroom on the top floor as well. It is £125 per week all bills included. The beds are double bed and there is ample storage area. This property comes with a garden, garden shed, washing machine and dryer etc..

With great transport links the property is next to a tram stop, 5mins from Tesco extra and close to University of Nottingham park campus. Parking is also available.
The current 4 tenants are all female 2nd year engineering students studying at university of nottingham
